Want to Make Your Wedding Banquet Halls More Attractive?

As the number of weddings a year is increasing, the need for banquet halls is also on the rise. Banquet Halls are sprouting all over Lahore like mushrooms in a wild field. It’s a great business to be in. Running a Banquet business in Lahore is not as easy as one may think because of all the competition around, and every Banquet Hall isn’t doing as well as let’s says another hall in the same vicinity. So, if you are one of those unfortunate investors who own a wedding halls in Lahore which doesn’t seem to attract as many people as you would like, you may need to consider a few changes to uplift the image of your business venue.

Here are a few tips on what you can do to enhance the reputation of your Shadi Hall in Lahore.

The location of your Banquet Hall. If it’s in a prime locality then one problem is taken care of, for it doesn’t need a lot of work to bring people’s attention to it. But if it isn’t, then not to worry, of course you can’t change the location. What seems to be a good option is to put up a few indication signs showing the general direction of the Wedding Banquet Halls in attractive boards. This shouldn’t be too much of a problem as you only need an LDA approval to put some up. If any passer by reads the sign board on and off, the name of your hall will stick to their minds, and not only make it easier for guests to reach, but also attract people in need of a hall for any celebratory gathering.

Having multiple halls up, down and side by side also tarnishes a venue's image. It gives a crowded impression which you certainly wouldn’t want to an intended client. Keep the structure or marquee as open so it gives a nice unsuffocated feeling. Keep the ceilings higher. It is very advantageous for the decor of the hall.

Alright, so the Hall is open, single and has a high ceiling, what gives the first impression of the hall to any guests that enter it? A grand entrance. A lot of stairs is also a downfall to the entrance as a lot of guests are of an age when it’s not easy to climb up and down a few steps let alone flight of stairs. A comfortable approach to a grand entrance of an open Banquet Hall gives a lasting impression to the people gathering there.

If there are open areas and empty plots next to or near the hall, then it’s a good idea to level the grounds and convert them into comfortable spaces. I have yet to come across a person in Lahore who doesn’t complain of the lack of parking space. Don’t give them a reason to raise a finger to your site of business as well. Be the one standing out.

An empty Banquet Hall holds a lot of opportunities. Keep your options open to hold all sorts of events besides weddings. Market your space for conferences, exhibitions, school events, etc... The options are limitless.

Make a nice little green area. This gives a great spot for outdoor shoots on Weddings and for guests to capture their moments of enjoyment on weddings. According to recent statistics, an average guest attending a wedding reception takes about 50 selfish per event. hhhmmm,...

Next up is a big, solid stage. It doesn’t matter if the event is official, exhibitioner or wedding related, it gives the organizers good enough space to handle their affairs, especially when it’s a wedding.

Good adjustable lighting, and an affectively placed sound system, add to the perks of a good Banquet Hall. Almost all banquet halls have generators these days; make sure you keep a backup generator as well. Provide with adequate heating and cooling facilities to clients. There is nothing worse than a heated up or a frozen Banquet Hall.

Employ an efficient and loyal team of service staff. Every single person counts. From the Banquet Hall manager, to the sweeper who cleans afterwards. Every small task, if done correctly, makes a huge difference. If every person does their job well with complete honesty , let’s see how things will improve,

1. The event will be organized in a much better way.
2. The quality and service of food will increase immensely.
3. It doesn’t seem important, but the hall and washrooms will be cleaner.

Give discounts and cheaper package deals on bigger gatherings, or off season events. This will attract clients even during wedding season.
